We at KBShimmer have created an oil blend in a cuticle oil pen that we find, over time, makes our cuticles lush and perfectly smooth. We started with a base of avocado oil, and added shea butter, apricot oil, wheat germ oil, evening primrose oil, argan oil, jojoba and olive oil. Vitamin E finishes this luxury oil blend. Deep Cashmere starts with notes of cashmere musk; rich in depth, the musk notes bring a subtle sexiness to this fragrance.
