Start with clean hands, choose the right size for your nail, stick it, make sure it is on snug by pushing it down with a cuticle pusher or even simply, your finger! File away the excess, and you’re all set! If you’d like to extend the life of your nails from 1-2 weeks to 3-4 weeks, you can apply a top coat (but this is completely optional).
