Apply 1 coat of Chipskip Primer to bare nails prior to base coat. Follow with 2 coats of OPI Nail Color, then finish with 1 coat of top coat.
INGREDIENTS: Ethyl Acetate, Aqua/Water/Eau, Ammonium Hydroxide.
